We enjoy it so much we weren’t sure whether to pass it on to you or keep it a secret… Insta-chef and food stylist Uyen Luu has been masterfully running her Vietnamese supper club since 2010. After the debuts in her living room, it has now migrated to her wonderfully cozy and bright studio-kitchen, just steps from Broadway Market.
Turns up bottle(s) in hand (BYOB-style) and politely salute your table neighbours, before sharing the gargantuan feast sent from the open kitchen by Uyen, her mother and helpers, while her daughter plays in a corner: the freshest pork and shrimp summer rolls, just like in Saigon; ultra crispy summer rolls; slow-simmered and fragrant beefpho… She sets the bar high for your next dinner party at these friends who “like to cook”.
