From the open kitchen, the talented Merlin Labron-Johnson chisels a monthly menu starring the best of British produce: delicious crispy chicken skins and parfait; charred ox heart tartare with crunchy pickled mustard seeds; Yorkshire hogget, beetroot and buckwheat… Speckle the set menus and the à la carte dinner with unique tastebud-ticklers (like the parsley root panna cotta) and carefully sourced wines. There’s even a list dedicated to single bottles!
