Chiseled from the open kitchen, the tasting menu stars the best of British produce: delicious crispy chicken skins and parfait; charred ox heart tartare with crunchy pickled mustard seeds; Yorkshire hogget, beetroot and buckwheat… Speckle the set menus and the à la carte dinner with unique tastebud-ticklers (like the parsley root panna cotta) and carefully sourced wines.
