Serves 4 You can combine any of your favourite fruits to make the perfect nice cream : raspberries, strawberries, melon, mango, cacao… And after mixing : chocolate chunks, desiccated coconut, caramel… You can also replace the sparkling water with coconut milk, or even white or rosé wine! The banana chunks helps making the dessert creamy and gives consistency. If you don’t like it, you may use less liquid in your mix. INGREDIENTS
2 bananas 1 mango 2 tbsp agave syrup 250 ml sparkling water 1/2 lime juice 6-8 ice cubes Some fresh fruit chunks or mint leaves for decoration. RECIPE
1. To prepare in advance Peel, cut and freeze the fruits. 2. Mixing Pour the frozen fruits, agave syrup, sparkling water, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy. If your mix is really hard, you might need to add a small amount of liquid to the jug to help things along. 3. Service Serve the Nice Creams in bowls, cups or glasses. Scatter some fresh fruit chunks or mint leaves for decoration. Serve immediately, along with fresh Bisou les madeleines (lemon zest or coconut/lime). 4. Storage If you have some mixed preparation leftover, immediately store it in an ice cream tray and bring back to freezer.
