Richard Falk (ex-The Dairy)’s menu, very ‘today’, has a bit of everything for everyone: sauerkraut and cheddar croquette dipped in truffled mayo; beef tartare with slightly heavily smoked marrow and yolk; golden fries; discrete pumpkin and Jerusalem artichoke lasagna, or a creamy grain risotto with mushrooms in hazelnut butter. Same goes in the glass, natural or classic – your pick.
