15 Feb Hally’s
A Californian wind is blowing on the West coast of the Thames. Created by Anna Halliday and Philip Beatty after an inspiring trip to the U.S., this beach house with a light oak floor, a white counter, pastel chairs and retro neon lights brings the right amount of sun and chill to warm up grizzled London.
The brunch – locavore, obvs – is truly enticing: mellow wood-fired mushrooms on crispy sourdough bread; Florentine eggs, salmon toast and Hollandaise sauce; 100% L.A. salad, well-stocked with roasted beets, goat cheese and pumpkin seeds; or their timeless Californian beef and aged cheddar burger. Don’t overlook the home-made cold pressed juices (our heart belongs to the Green Dream).
