Wines of Chablis

One of a kind dinner with Merlin Labron-Johnson

18 June 2019 - East London

The story

To celebrate the unique simplicity of the Wines of Chablis, My Hungry Valentine agency curated, produced and styled a ‘one of a kind’ evening for their wine trade guests.

After a free-pour tasting of an extensive selection of 2017 Chablis wines, an intimate sit-down dinner followed in collaboration with talented chef Merlin Labron-Johnson (Osip). The idea behind his bespoke menu? The best from the British sea meets the best from Chablis vineyards.

We matched this spirit with a very simple, organic approach to the event styling, with the colours inspired by the Chablis vineyard and the British sea. Think ochre and natural washed linen, handmade stoneware ceramics in shades of beige, green and blue… An intimate dinner by candle light, served with style by the team of Ladies of Restaurants.
