Ambiance bar à cocktails feutré, lourds rideaux de velours, néons clignotants, street art et playlist sous acide : la troisième couvée du poulailler survolté aux airs 90s vient d’éclore sur Upper Street. La formule gagnante reste la même : le poulet marine dans le lait ribot avant de grésiller sous influence asiat’, escorté de cocktails soignés.

Les ailerons Kung Pao se dévorent à pleines mains avec une giclée de mayo miso-gingembre, le burger de cuisses K-Pop déborde tranquillement de mayo gochujang, vinaigre pimenté et slaw. Ne négligez pas le reste : la salade de pickles de pastèque, cacahuète et coriandre pétille, et on se souviendra longtemps de l’aubergine sichuanaise marinée. Calmez le feu en vous noyant dans un Monkey Majik fishbowl géant (vodka, mandarine, lychee, goyave et prosecco).
