The four Templeton cousins make their carousel go round at the pace of talented guest chefs from all around the world. Every week, a newcomer takes over in their trendy open kitchen and feeds a crowd of cool, hungry diners.
At lunchtime, Ollie (the chef among the cousins, trained at Moro) whips up tasty small plates to enjoy in the hidden courtyard: monkfish cheeks, leeks and whey, pork sandwich, decadent churros with dulce de leche and whipped cream… All good reasons to go back again and again.
