Alexandra Hely-Hutchinson catched the hygge and healthy comfort food bug in Copenhagen, before giving a much more exciting life to this classic British breakfast staple: porridge.
In her cute Scandinavian café in Neal’s Yard, the smart bowls can be eaten any time of the day: hazelnut butter, cocoa-banana, salmon-barley-beetroot, coconut-kale-chickpeas… The same healthy touch imbibes the drinks menu, between seasonal drinking vinegars (pear-vanilla) and turmeric-almond lattes.
